The Basics I have put together some guideline prices and fees for my commercial photography services to give you an indication of how much I charge. The exact figures depend on many factors, such as how many images you want and how you want to use them. I always give clients a full breakdown of costs in my quotations and will clearly explain all the available options that might best fit your requirements. 
The Photography
My aim is to provide a service that fits your needs. I supply traditional or digital images for commercial organisations throughout the UK I also provide any expertise you might need to get the very best out of them. I can provide photography services at an hourly rate with the minimum being 1 hour; 1st hour £150 Additional time £75 per hour or part thereof Basic Day Rate (8 hours) £550 Half day £310 Note: Minimum half day for photography services outside of London. NB - Precise rates vary with the number of images required, and their anticipated usage. Expenses Travel is charged on a mileage basis, except in the London area where this is usually waived. Overseas travel is by special arrangement. Additional studio setup (props etc) is charged at cost by prior arrangement. Your Images I supply images in digital form on Cds or photographs using traditional methods. I will usually supply high resolution digital files in TIFF or Photoshop format at a 'print ready' resolution of 300dpi. JPEGs, other format files and other resolutions are no problem. Additional specialist image manipulation (Photoshop) is by prior arrangement and depends on the type of work undertaken. It is charged on an hourly basis at £60 per hour or part thereof. 
Photo Usage RightsThere are several different categories of image use such as: as a one-off in a leaflet, newsletter, website, press release or in-house magazine; and/or kept on file to appear several times in different publications; and/or over an annual or biennial cycle, including use in brochures, websites and exhibition stands. The rates below reflect Category 1 (single or limited use) The table below gives an idea of extended usage rates, however, I will always provide a quote to match your specific requirements |
